Travis Hunter u750.5 Receiving Yards (-115) Reasoning

2nd overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft Travis Hunter is coming off one of the most unique seasons in college football history. The Jackson State and Colorado product won the Heisman Trophy while playing both wide receiver and cornerback. The consensus, and throught from Hunter himself, was that he would be playing both positions in the NFL. New Jaguars head coach Liam Coen left the door open for Hunter to play on both sides of the field, and even had him do so at Training Camp, but from what Coen has let on so far, it seems like he wants Hunter at cornerback. If that's the case, and his snaps on the offensive side of the ball are limited, it would be fairly unlikely that he hits 750 receiving yards. A lot can change between now and the start of the season, but Travis Hunter is a much better cornerback than wide receiver, and would be better served at least prioritizing that side if the ball. The NFL is a completely different animal regarding fatigue. It isn't out of the realm of possibility for Hunter to play the majority of snaps on both sides, but it isn't likely, given how much higher his injury rusk would be.
